Enjoy two annual periodic exams (Comprehensive exam for new patient) to ensure we check and address any dental concerns.
Receive two dental prophylaxes (cleanings) per year to keep your smile bright and healthy.
One set of 4 bitewings X-rays to aid in thorough diagnostics and treatment planning once per year.
A complete set of radiographs every 5 years for new patients or returning 5 year member.
Enjoy 20% discounts on restorative dentistry (Fillings, Sealants, Core build ups, scaling/root planning, Extractions, SDF application
15% discounts applicable to major restorative services (implant-supported crowns, cosmetic veneers, complete or partial dentures
Two fluoride treatment

Membership Fees:

Individual: $375 annually
Family (up to 4 members): $1399 annual
