Plan Benefits:
- Enjoy two annual periodic exams (Comprehensive exam for new patient) to ensure we check and address any dental concerns.
- Receive two dental prophylaxes (cleanings) per year to keep your smile bright and healthy.
- One set of 4 bitewings X-rays to aid in thorough diagnostics and treatment planning once per year.
- A complete set of radiographs every 5 years for new patients or returning 5 year member.
- Enjoy 20% discounts on restorative dentistry (Fillings, Sealants, Core build ups, scaling/root planning, Extractions, SDF application
- 15% discounts applicable to major restorative services (implant-supported crowns, cosmetic veneers, complete or partial dentures
- Two fluoride treatment
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees ensures you know exactly what to expect.
Membership Fees:
- Individual: $375 annually
- Family (up to 4 members): $1399 annual
